I have all the respect for their knowledge and hard work but not for the post. I have never seen any civil servant who ACTUALLY bought any significant change in the society. It's all glamour, money, power.. They are extremely talented no doubt, but they're wasting it in the wrong direction. The Real legends for me were : Chandrasekhar Azad Bhagat Singh and many more.. not only because they died for the country but THEY STOOD AND FIGHTED FOR WHAT WAS RIGHT !!

Notes for myself. Please ignore. 1. Everybody's journeys are different Don't copy people blindly. Same destination. Different routes. Different pace. 2. Identify your strengths. Sharpen them. They'll fetch you the marks. 3. Build a network. 4. Prelims are important. But keep Mains in mind when you prepare. 5. Coaching important for me. Atleast in the beginning.
