I was able to optimize this a good bit and remove a lot of the RNG. Regardless this is a hell of an accomplishment without the event CE. Especially for a 3 star. Cu has been buffed so much since the original version of the boss fight that it's to easy with the event CE. But holy crap is it harder without the CE, much harder than the original fight. The Yang CE is ultra powerful and is a huge help. However it pales in comparison to the event CE... However outside the event...
