It's all about the foundation!! Building a strong foundation. I never knew sports could be so detailed. Coaching is definitely a skill. I enjoy watching your content. It reminds me of how they portray Africa in the media. Hungry kids with flies on their face when it's the opposite. I'm not being negative, I'm being real. This past program and some of these previous players have a looser mentality. This wonderful coaching staff is building this program brick by brick. The previous coach staff should be ashamed of themselves. Fu*king ASHAMED! No pride, no ambition before this year, zero. It's not all about wins, it's about a defeatist attitude some of these players have; they need to go, immediately. Continued Blessing to this entire coaching staff; they WILL weather the storm and come out better on the other side. Thank you Unc for the wonderful content.

If I was a coach, or player, trying to listen and learn that dang music would get on my nerves. There's a time and a place for it but not during teaching situations. That being said I am super excited about this coaching staff. The team may struggle this first year as they are learning an entirely new system but boy you better watch out the following year.
