Hi Subha, after viewing your previous video, I decided to see Paradise- the acting was good, the cinematography was excellent- however I did not understand the movie or its ending😮 or why the movie was titled Paradise? Sarcasm? If you or any of your viewers know .... I also tried the savoury waffles ( mine is square) with idli maavu. I added some arisimaavu and it came out well. Taste was ok. I prefer my normal Belgian style waffles which is kind of sweet.

Dear Subha, pls. pls. take this seriously. It's my own experience. Walk 30 steps on your heel, your toes, sides of your feet separately. Everyday. Without fail. I know the pain when you walk on your already painful heel can be excruciating. But pls. pls. do it somehow. And, at night before bed, punch your heel where you feel the pain, 10 times atleast. With the above two, your heel pain will considerably reduce in a week and will vanish after 2 weeks. Do try😊
