I didn't know it either but I looked up the first line and apparently it's called Úr-Chnoc Chéin Mhic Cáinte! I can't understand all the words either but if you google the title you should be able to find a translation of a pretty similar version of the lyrics on a forum called Mudcat

Beidh Aonach Amárach i gCondae an Chláir! (There's a Fair Tomorrow in County Clare)--It's a pretty popular children's song and I think it's pretty commonly taught in Irish language classes too. This version is one that she says Brían Ó Domhnaill (a well-known chef from Donegal) got from Connemara
