@MowerMike Жыл бұрын
Well it would but your issue is the PTO also keeps the drive belt pulley bolted up. I would just take the belt off, that PTO won’t be sucking any horsepower without the deck belt. An off-road mower lol I don’t know what that is but I like it !

Like magic. Thx to you and Jessie J. In looking for a video to watch on this because my LT1045’s PTO stopped working and it wasn’t the switch. The first one I starting watching was a video with text over images of flowers. The stupidest way to mistreat your audience is to totally ignore the visual part of your video by excluding the extremely relevant visuals of things like the tools actually being placed on the bolt and things like that. Your video was dead on. Clear audio even though a tad echoey, you were still close enough to the mic that you were easily understood. Thank you for a video well done.

Man sorry to hear that. Somehow I feel like this is my fault. I would get as much of it out as you can and then just run it. The engine should eat whatever is left of that rope. Hey mower Mike, we’ve got a old 1330 cub cadet and 2 out of the 4 engine mounting threads are stripped, have you ever seen someone have success pulling the engine and tapping the holes to make new threads?
@MowerMike Жыл бұрын
That shouldn’t be too hard especially since it is just aluminum. I would drill it out and tap new threads for a slightly larger bolt in there. Or you could just drill it out and put a bolt with a nut on the end of it will fit and not tap anything. You got this check out this video. kzbin.info/www/bejne/pZbGo5t4fNqYhbM

@@brucegillette5713 Detroit’s are built like tanks I hear! As far as your deck, if the things turning the blades are bad those are the spindles. Super easy to replace. Now if the metal deck itself is beat up where the spindles attach there is an option I put the link below. These are reinforcement rings that go on under the spindles which fix when your deck is bent or broken. They work great am going to do a video on them.
