A few updated info on Venezuela from what you mentioned in this Video. The airport is called Simon Bolivar International Airport in a place called Maiquetia located very near to sea. The capital city Caracas is located on the other side of mountain range from the airport at an altitude of 900m and there is an highway that is around 16Kms uphill from the airport passing two big tunnels of the mountain range. Caracas city is in a valley with a very good climate like our high ranges. You can Google and get more information on Venezuela , Caracas City and Chavez. Beautiful country to visit taking care of personal safety like other south American capital cities.
