Exactly same thing I was about to write. He stated in his last video he uses his gov name so that he doesn’t get preferential treatment. So you have an idea of what to expect when purchasing something. Now maybe they help all their customers the same or maybe it’s a marketing ploy knowing a lot of people watch Cuba to make sure they are not buying BS.

I can tell you don't follow the Trax NYC instagram account. Max has a family of squirrels who made a nest outside his apartment window. He named one or more squirrels "Shmoopy," and he would post the squirrel activity in his storyline. In other posts, he describes the benefit of collecting bullion, both gold and silver, as a hedge against inflation. He thinks pure gold jewelry with no stones is a good wearable investment. So yes, that is a squirrel and a gold bullion bar in the picture. I think it was a great decision to have them re-do the bracelet. Well worth the wait. They gifted you silver bullion for your trouble.

They offered the best price I found on a 14k Cuban link chain and a pendant piece. They even mentioned they would make sure the pendant bale would be sized to fit the link. Silver bullion coins are much like Jewelry. If bullion they require some type of purification mark and weight. Check the edges for a .999 mark if it has those markings its likely a bullion coin.

The thing I noticed about traxx from watching their KZbin videos is: you absolutely are going to pay a higher price, but off rip you should know that because they specialize in high end customs and diamonds, so if you try to go get a lil 2mm rope chain or something you're gonna pay a higher price and get a low-key worse product because it's not their main specialty. Traxx is who you go to if you want a big piece, a high karat piece, or a nice custom piece. Not the regular stuff.

If you want 18k or 22k you can order but they don’t have it on hand. So actually their business is built on small chains. They just getting over because most people just like shinny things.
