Such a valuable video, movement broken down all the way down to the tiniest parts and then built back up to the actual moving, and suddenly everything makes sense. You can do this over and over again until it becomes second nature.

A while back I was combining a slow jog in the park with footwork ‘drills’, when in my random playlist a salsa song came on, and the rhythm fit perfectly. Made a salsa playlist, and have been doing a salsa flow footwork/defence routine regularly since. Was watching your build-up, to where you started to move around the ring demonstrating how it all comes together, and as I was thinking how salsa would fit this too, salsa music actually came on in the video!! Crazy! Boxing = Salsa!

Great assessment right here JD. The build up is also important for me as I need to flow to demonstrate how it all comes together

Hey Charles, I watch your videos and it's always a helpful to learn boxing. Keep posting such good content. I have some suggestions for you if you would like to make videos on that. Can you create videos on how to make a boxing schedule? How many boxing sessions should include in a week and how many S&C sessions in a week and in which session the boxer should do what exercise or what boxing drill so the boxer can improve day by day. I mean a details boxing schedule if possible please make videos on that. if you can make a series on that then it would be very helpful for the boxer around the world. Thanks for sharing your boxing knowledge we look forward to such good content.

Coach aren't we supposed to have weight on backfoot as you taught in the basic footwork drills? This video is about shifting weights, I don't understand
