I get it when the pigs are moving across the country to get fast food but when they show up a month later and gained 20lbs they act that they had to move and didnt have access to the chicken breast he wants them to eat. But moving doesn't take 30 days, one or two days of moderate sized fast food won't make them gain 20lbs in a month if they did the diet the other 28 days

I had a gastric sleeve surgery to treat a disease called gastroparesis four months ago. When I saw her episode years ago I didn't understand how insane this was but I do now. I just made dinner and had two bites and literally became so full I couldn't continue. I haven't been able to work up to the four ounces I am supposed to be at yet and instead am eating several smaller one to two ounce meals a day. I am a type one diabetic and have eat carbs which makes it harder. The fact that she was eating large volumes of food, especially right after surgery, should have been physically impossible. I don't understand it. The surgery restricts food by force, that is how it works. She stretched it out again within months, that is how she regained weight so soon. As someone who had a surgery that does the same, albeit for different reasons, it blows my fucking mind. Gastric bypass is even more harsh. They have their stomach attached to their intestines and they get something called dumping syndrome. If they eat the wrong thing or too much food they get sick. They will vomit, shit themselves, and literally spit up foam. She had to have been doing that and she was stuck in bed so she was doing all of that in that bed and the hospital bed. Just imagine the implication there, as she was sitting and preparing those wontons for herself and her family. In the bed she couldn't move from. That she had to be shitting herself in. Jesus...

I’ve helped dozens of people lose weight - and a lot of it in some cases. The EASIEST time to lose weight is when you’re truly obese. It’s actually hard work to eat enough to maintain that weight. The heavier you are the more calories you burn just by walking around a little bit. 3500 calories is a pound of fat. A woman that size can cut down on ONE hamburger - just one! - per day (she HAS to consume 15 worth per day minimum to maintain her weight) and walk literally ten or twenty minutes per day and lose 2 pounds a week. If she can’t walk, just do ANYTHING physical. Even in a chair. Most people that big can lose ten pounds of fat per week effortlessly and often do without even realizing it if they were too busy to maintain the grueling schedule of cooking and eating that it takes to consume that many goddamned calories - it literally is hard work to stay that big. I have helped people in that situation and they absolutely found a way if they wanted to. All of them who felt it was important accomplished it. Without exception. The ones who felt the effort of changing wasn’t worthwhile never succeeded. They complain about being fat but they’re not uncomfortable enough to change. It’s more uncomfortable to change than it is to just eat themselves to death. Being fat just isn’t uncomfortable enough for them. So they make excuses and lie to everyone around them because they know they SHOULD want to change for those who care about them. I have all the empathy in the world for people who are trying, even if they struggle and fail temporarily I stick with them. I have no empathy for the people like this woman.
