hello i update the software cubase pro 11 in the middle november 21 and as i understand i can get the cubase 12 pro for free i download that and try to make it work and it stuck on the begining and write to me "no licence found" i go out from the cubase 12 (window stuck on the begining) and go to cubase 11 pro that i have and pop up i had in the begining of loadind the cubase 11 pro is there is "no commenuication with the server" i close the window and and go to elicenser control center to check the 6 steps and everything ok excepted step 2 (refair soft elicenser) is failed cant repair that on the elicenser control center i see "deactivated soft-elicenser" on red and when i put the arrow of the mouse on that i see down there write "This Soft-elicenser is stored on hard disk and bound to this computer it has the serial number **********-********.currently the soft elicenser is disabled because its validity could not be verified please choose the "action" menus "repair soft-elicenser to try solving this issue" need your help please update me thanks

Hellow TOM A, U should not try to update elicenser First, run Steinberg Download Assistant, then let all updates complete. ones you finish, Run Steinberg Activation Manager. Sign in if necessary. Click the ‘person’ icon in the top right. Then Choose “Grace Period Check…” from the menu.

@@JustMusicCollege what u mean let all update complete?i already install the cubase 11 pro.i can see there anything to update. Do u mean to download everything on the cubase 12 pro on steinberg download assistant?

@@JustMusicCollege i click on the "grace period check" and it write to me "Error during grace period check An Unknown error occured the grace period check was performed.please try again" And under that sentence it write "Cancel"
