Cubase 14 Bug: Dummy MIDI controllers showing up

Cubase 14 Bug: Dummy MIDI controllers showing up. This is something that started in Cubase 13. Duplicate disconnected MIDI controllers will show up from the same script. No way to get rid of them. Trashing the script and rebuilding from scratch will end up with a duplicate controller again. This is a static MIDI port not a virtual port that changes ID numbers after every machine boot.
