For anyone that is having issues with this app not recording: What worked for me was clearing the data in SYSTEM > APPS > APPS (Yes, two lots of APPS) > TALKER ACR (Most likely works with CUBE ACR as well) > STORAGE > "CLEAR DATA." Once this was done, my phone was recording my own audio as well as the person on the other end of the call. Hope this helps others as it was painful to fix.
