im pretty stingy with my likes but u my friend, well deserved, great vid, i always loved the older vids of a bunch of ppl solving the same scramble but this takes it to another level cause u get to see what like 10x or so as many ppl decided to do. it kinda makes me think of just recording every persons solve on one round of a comp or something, and its real fun to see the dif ways ppl insert things or how they do variations of algs u may never think to use, whether efficient or inefficient its always fun to see dif ways to solve the same prob.

1:35 not entirely true. CMLL (the corners) is indeed a fully algorithmic step, but LSE (the edges) is actually divided into a few substeps which are solved (semi-)intuitively. It's actually comparable to F2L that there are clear cases with optimal solutions, but they can be learnt and understood intuitively.

So I'm sure I'll figure out a better LL solution. 39 2nd try 36 3rd try I don't think I can do any better with my current abilities. Petrus method. Ya I'm old school. B' L' B L D' R2 B U R2 U' 2×2×3 R' B' R edge orientation D B2 D' B2 D R2 /F2L/ F R' B2 R F' R' B2 R' Orient and perm corners B2 D2 B' M B2 M' B' D2 perm edges. It's crazy to me how ppl got under 30 turns my personal best is 31 though I've got 31 lots of times how that banana guy got 21 blows me away. edit I learned Roux and I got 33 a few times from that, once I got a 30 but can't replicate it so I might of miss counted. that solution is what we call In-zeroing (intentionally manipulating pieces to solve) brother to azeroing (unintentionally manipulating pieces experimentation during solve and getting lucky it worked out and made stuff 100%^1000 better) I said that months ago I would just like to point out that doing Cube Heads solution + some comms will solve most of yellow too meaning that you could have forced a 1LLL there is only 23 cases for this and if not you could have forced tripod which also reduces the cases if not then idk what to tell you maybe just go and do blue cross and see what happens I think I understand the weird solution he does the green cross but with yellow centre on bottom he does Blockbuilding and pairing to finish the left M moves because Free fop gotta finish cross after F2L then I also know that 1LLL alg it's quite long but it's easy to learn I used it as a OLLCP alg when I only know 2look PLL but now I know full pll OOOOOOOOHHH I know that V perm I found that messing around with fingertricks on all the V perm algs I generated glad to see max uses it too he prob got it from his coach or idk
