Hey, it's me again, My friend was asking me a question about sq-1 CSP and I wasn't sure. Basically the question was why do I still get parity on one of the layers when I do the correct algorithm? Does CSP only make sure you don't get single layer parity?
@CubeMasterYT6 жыл бұрын
The point of CSP is removing the parity error in the whole cube (parity on only one layer). If you get parity on both layers (ex. adj adj, opp opp) it can be solved without the long parity algorithm. Just like in 3x3, two edges swapped is impossible but two edges on the top layer and two edges on the bottom layer swapped is possible.
@ZenPapaya3 жыл бұрын
ok i never really learned pll on 3x3. But i was able to recognize most of the letters for the cases like j perm and n perm and stuff. But i cant find the difference between a perm and g perm. look the same.
@ignDart2 жыл бұрын
you probably know now, but A perms have headlights and a 2x2 block, G perms have headlights and a 2x1 block
@foufouf8877 Жыл бұрын
An a perm just has 3 corners that neeed to be solve. A g perm (learn them at the end) just has a 1x2 block and anything else is not solved.

I currently average sub 2 minutes & I use PBL algs from 2x2x3 for CP, but I align the layers a certain way to do EP control. I use a CP alg, align the layers, and do the CP alg again. If I have “parity” in both layers, I do the double opposite swap alg (one in each layer), but if I have an O-Perm in 1 layer & an opposite swap in the other layer, I know to 1-Look it.

Hi, I'm trying to make PBL resources for beginners. I have this progression outline, would this be okay? Thanks! 1. 3CP PBL 2. 2/2 pure CP, EPs 3. R/J, R/R 4. U/U, A/A 5. DP PBL

OK that's cool but where do I find 3CP PBL tho?

What to start learning Cubechape Parity or PBl before
@CubeMasterYT4 жыл бұрын
CSP 100%, PBL is almost useless without CSP
@cookierobber5 жыл бұрын
In the PBL doc, Y/J and Y/G are listed as 2CP, whereas the inverse are listed as 2CP or Good U, depending on bar flip. Is this just a mistake, or is there a reason behind it?
@CubeMasterYT5 жыл бұрын
Fixed it, should be good now :)

what j perm and n perm algs do you use, i forgot my plls lol 😂

On the doc where you have the video that you can learn each PBL at, I did a scramble and got Ga/Y and it said it was here, but this video is only for PBLs with one solved side. Where are the other ones?
@CubeMasterYT5 жыл бұрын
These aren't for PBLs with one solved side, the first part is just breaking down each case into one side showing how you do it. At the end I have some example solves on how to use the first part to do PBL with the PLLs on both side :)
@randomizedcuber30735 жыл бұрын
Cube Master thx, I didn’t even watch the example solves lol. Thinking of learning pbl and csp.

So, there are 967 pbl cases and then u just have to figure out what 2 algs to use for each case?

Yeah, this video only covers a portion of that though

Cube Master for example if I get like t/h, since t is a j perm and h is an n perm, then I would do j/n and then the case after that?

Really informative vvide, what will be the expected time to do the EP step if i use this pbl for EP.
@CubeMasterYT5 жыл бұрын
Thanks! Not entirely sure what your question is, but PBL pretty much makes an EP skip, but if you're talking about solving EP with this method it definitely is possible and should take the similar time as regular EP, but probably not as fast as full EP.

@@CubeMasterYT hey will i have to learn csp to be sub 15 in sq1 ,and is there any tutorial on youtube to learn how to use the cpp for sq1
@CubeMasterYT5 жыл бұрын
CSP is definitely useful, but not necessary. If you want to start learning it now so you finish earlier, there is no harm in doing that either. I would not really recommend CPP as CSP is much better and EPP is pretty similar, but here's a quick tutorial: Look for top and bottom plls. If they are both normal or both parity plls, you have no parity. If only one of them is a parity pll, do the CPP alg (you can probably find the algs somewhere online)
