You heard of treating the above ground garden seeds with the positive side of a magnet? It helps plants grow more vigorous. And watering the plants with positive side of the magnet treated water is beneficial.

all seeds morning glory seeds are hard as a rock so you file a small spot on them to thin the shell and then soak them for a few days

Take a fine file, rub on one edge of a seed to 'score it' but not all the way through the shell. THEN soak until they swell. Allows faster water penetration and easier seedling to sprout.

It said soak the seeds for 2 hours instead of 3 hours. Don't know if that would make a difference or not.
