CUD-CLD with 6 Implants IOS

This patient has 6 Mandibualr implants with excessive bone loss. The implants are not mobile and have been given the go ahead to fabricate a new CLD to be held ny 3 locator abutments. The Maxillary jaw has extreme bone loss, and the patient has been made aware that he will need to use denture adhesive to hold the deture in place as there is minimal amount of suction.
