Key changes in CUET-UG 2025: The University Grants Commission (UGC) has announced a series of significant changes to the Common University Entrance Test for Undergraduates (CUET-UG) 2025, aimed at improving its efficiency and standardising the admissions process further. Among the key updates are a reduction in the number of subjects candidates can choose, a shift to exclusively computer-based testing (CBT), and a uniform exam duration. These changes were recommended by an expert committee formed by the UGC to review the conduct of the CUET-UG and CUET-PG exams for the upcoming academic session.

In studied and successfully passed in CBSE board, Science stream with Biology and English medium school with 65.4%! Now, I take drop after completed school education, and I not given any competition exam in this year! I want to study in Arts Stream in college! I am not give CUET exam in this year. Can I able to give CUET exam in next year 2025 and what will the criteria for study in Arts Stream!? Can I able to give arts related subjects in domain in CUET exam 2025!?

heyy according to the new cuet proposed guidelines issued by NTA we can choose max 5 subjects including your language general test and domain. I want to pursue bcom hons from du fior which subject combination required is Maths/accs +language and any other 2 domains and want to take eco hons also as option for which subject combination is any one language +maths and any 2 other domains. as taken into consideration bst and eco being the most scoring subjects im planning not to skip these 2 exams. i can give exams of eng+general test+ bst+ eco+ maths/acc which comes to 5 subjects what can be the most feasible subject combination for me ? pls help

If you really want to do bcom hons from du then go for accounts + eco + bst + 1 language (that can be english). Because du is famous for bcom hons and provides best career for bcom hons students. I think this helps you ❤

@@palakrajpoot993 but not giving maths is going to reduce the no. of options open for me as many cources require maths such as eco hons , Bachelor of Management Studies [BMS], Bachelor of Business Administration (Financial Investment Analysis) [BBA(FIA)]. so not giving maths exam is not going to be advantageous for me. i have decided not to give eco's exam as bst is easier and much more scoring ill choose eng+ bst+ maths+ acc+gt as my subject combination

Par agar aap 12th ke subject nahi lete ho CUET exam h toh woh count nahi honge. OKAY? But aap koi sa bhi course choose kar skte h and you'll get the college in accordance of your merit and numbers you obtain. Baaki dusri universities m aap humanities ke subject loge CUET m toh woh bhi count honge but sirf DU m apke 12th wale subjects ke CUET marks consider hote hai.
