Mam Administrative law मे बताया गया है की कानून की नज़र मे सभी एक समान है किसी के साथ उसकी जाति , धर्म, गरीब, अमीर के आधार पर भेदभाव नही होगा तो फिर competative exam मे General, Obc, Sc/St के आधार पर cut-off क्यो बनाया जाता है
