The thing that amazes me so much with all these joke Battle Royale games, so this and Totally Accurate, is that the levels are actually quite interesting. This had trenches and forts and bunkers and a varied terrain, as did Totally Accurate. It's not just a wide expanse with hills and copy pasted houses.

MozilloGames Totally Accurate Battlegrounds actually looks really well polished too, and the player-world interactions seems pretty solid. Cuisine Royale is also made by Gaijin, the company that made War Thunder. They’ve got amazingly well-optimized graphics in their games, and they always seem to create well-polished content for April fools in War Thunder - mainly content that’s completely irrelevant to the game’s nature and still manages to run decently.

This game was an April Fools joke, Enlisted is an in-development WWII game, and they threw this out to joke about the Battle Royale trend, which is why the graphics and everything seems nice and the WWII weapons. I don't know if people think it's gonna have development cause it's a joke, but yeah

This game looks like it might be some sort of elaborate test for a ww2 type game, possibly from the German side. Just look at it, there are bunkers with static Mg42, a lot of ww2 era weaponry; Springfields, brownings, Mausers Kar98, Tompson, Mosin and I think I saw an STG44. One of the guns even have the name of the German Air Force from WW2 (Luftwaffe)

Honorable man was a song about smith singing about a certain 'honorable' man that worked in communities , helping the towns out in order to get closer to the children without parents suspecting anything, if the kids tried to run, the guy would hunt them down with a complex set of GPS devices, when he finally gets the children, after the 'deed' he would pay them at the end, as he is a honorable man at heart... true song Oh yea and all this happens on a Thursday for the Honorable man , not Tuesday, easily confused I know

Tyler The Otaku Wolf it's from gaijin, who has made an amazing ww2 vehicle war thunder game ftp, and is developing enlisted. This was an April fool's minigame based ( assuming) on these engines. That's why the perform so well

You know something is wrong when the joke games are better then the self proclaimed "original" of PUBG. Also you should play more Totally accurate battlegrounds, I've been playing it recently after it got more players and it's really quite a good game. EDIT: Oh and I agree that Fortnite won't be dethroned but it's possible that PuBG will be if it doesn't kill itself with all it's stupid lawsuits that it should never win if the legal system is in the least bit competent. I can seriously see something like this game becoming the new "Secondary Battle Royale game" behind Fortnite that all the people who like Battle Royale games but hate Fortnite play.

Nothing will overthrow Fortnite because the Fortnite devs are on the ball in regards to updates and content. EPIC are no indy dev team, they are a triple A studio. It's well made, accessible and constantly changing. It's popularity will die down as with anything, but Fortnite is too good of a base game to overthrow. Same with Minecraft, as Trott said. Plus they have their Save The World mode waiting in their back pocket to release when popularity starts to dwindle.
