I remember reading Aadhalinal Kaadhal Seiveer by Sujatha and laughing uncontrollably in the bus. Everyone was staring but I couldn't stop. Even in the most serious thrillers he would have an undercurrent of humor running through. Vasanth Vasanth, Yavanika, Kudhirai Kadi are all laugh out loud books. Such a treasure. Love you Sujatha.

A beautiful recollection of wonderful lines of a legend! Sujatha is the reason why I developed a sense of appreciation for Tamil. மெக்சிகோ தேசத்து வண்ணத்தி joke-ஐ கடைசி வரை சொல்லமல் போய்விட்டர்!! கணையாழியின் கடைசி பக்கம் ஒரு அருமையான வைரம். ஆஸ்பத்திரியில் படுத்துக் கொண்டிருந்த நாட்களில் நிறைய சினிமாப் பாடல்கள் கேட்டாராம். “தொண்ணூறு சதவிகிதப் பாடல்களை SPB தான் பாடுகிறார். எல்லாவற்றிலும் நக்கலாகச் சிரிக்கிறார்” an unforgettable genius!!!

"Karaiellam Shenbagapoo" is one of the best narration of his thrillers. Naadagangal are with full of sensible and sensitive dialogues. Ganesh and Vasanth are the best companions for us to go inside the story to investigate the case by ourselves . When I went to Srirangam recently for Vaikunda Ekathesi along with Perumal Sindhani , Sujatha , Vaali, Embar came into my mind when I walked down East Chitrai Street and Uthra வீதி etc., Great Writer Sujatha Sir. Great Mr.Balaji. I am an ardent Sujatha fan since my 20th year. ( Now I am 69) Amazed on your quick review on the Entire scripts of my Hero. Reminded me on my each age when I read those carvings. His Novel Pirivom Sandhippom ( in two volumes) had brought the Entire US before our eyes, ( as in Washingtonil Thirumanam.) Great salute.

Thiru Sujata is a legend and lived ahead of times thru his writings. His novels depicted jargons and words that were futuristic with subtle socialistic message and great sense of humour. I was actually stunned with one of his portrayals 'En Iniya Enthira' that was written in 80s, which was about robotics and technology with a sense of lateral thinking. Only he can think and come up with such a theme in a period where robotic science were mainly discussed in countries like US, Japan. Thanks Madhu sir for this vlog on Thiru Sujata rekindling old memories of this irreplaceable legend :) He always lives thru his words !!!
