উপকরণঃ
হাড়সহ/হাড়ছাড়া মুরগির বুকের মাংস - দেড় কাপ
আদা-রসুন বাটা - ১ টেবিল চামচ
পানি ঝরানো টকদই - ২ টেবিল চামচ
টেলে নেয়া বেসন - ২ টেবিল চামচ
সর্ষের তেল - ২ টেবিল চামচ
লেবুর রস - ১ টেবিল চামচ
মরিচ, ধনে ও জিরা গুঁড়া - ১ চা চামচ করে
গরম মশলা গুঁড়া - ১/২ চা চামচ
লবন - স্বাদমতো বা ১ চা চামচ
লাল খাবার রং - সামান্য এবং এটা ঐচ্ছিক
কাবাব ফ্রাই করার জন্য সামান্য তেল বা ঘি লাগবে।
