R/s Sir, in the example of mother jumping in the well with children after giving threat to do so (because of in-laws' harassment), children die.. Is it not culpable homicide amounting to murder (300 firstly)? Clearly intention to cause death is there from her conduct before the act. Your valuable comments. Regards.
