If you look carefully, when the followers sac.rifice themselfs to leshy , it is almost the same as when you ascend to the final boss. This could say that how the bishops challenge the owner of the red crown, now you have become a bishop( when use use the hearts of the heretics for buffs, it is like fusing with them), and now challenge the real owner of the red crown. None of what I’ve said can be confirmed but it is fun theorize 😊

Cult of the lamb has a few problems, one of them being boss fights. The longer a fight goes on the more likely you are to take damage. Best option is to build up health, bring a good weapon and basically tank the bosses.
