I just recently played a bit of this game. It was too much stress for me, couldn't keep leaving the cult on away missions - always got too worried for them lol.

Pretty the same for me at the start. Had trouble tending to the followers, with the few I had at the time, and had some resenters that I did not know what to do with at the time. But once you establish everything little by little it becomes VERY manageable.

They added an option in the settings to stop time while you go on crusades. I believe it's at the very bottom of the accessibility tab in settings. :)

@@voidofsilence6616 lvl 2 or 3 beds (they don't break, or are less likely to, depending on level), 2 seed boxes, farms with followers harvesting/watering crops, a kitchen (followers can cook for themselves with this), and 2+ outhouses is what it takes for them to be fairly self sufficient. A janitor shed can replace the outhouses.

Highly reccommend playing this. Literally could get addicted to this game, not knowing how the time flew by. It's a great game to play if there's nothing else to do. Keeps you occupied on managing your cult and doing some runs in the dungeon-like areas.

There is a game called Wizard With A Gun that has a trailer that looks like the style of Cult Of The Lamb but plays almost like Don't Starve. No release date on it yet.

I love how often Ray has terrible timing in games. Like the fact that he thought the Big Gift gave him a single coin because he got a coin at the same time. Nope, doesn't realize that the Big Gift gives him a follower gift, and a pity coin

Depending on your commandment choices, it can really change the tone/feel of the game by a lot.

Two fun facts, when you max out on the faith tree, the followers just give you money instead. Also dog followers can be pet to help them level up (in addition to blessings and the other methods you level them up with).
