In my cult the same follower punched both Leshy and Narinder to death, they weren’t even drunk! Update: they’ve now murdered Heket and Sozo, they keep fighting all the main NPCs

​@@bmoore4016 Go on a crusade, he should show up in the first combat room & attack you. He'll vanish when you defeat him but will appear two more times in further combat rooms, when you defeat him the third time, he'll die & drop Follower Meat & Sin. When you return to your Cult, you can resurrect him with the Resurrection Ritual, note that he'll appear at the _bottom_ of the list of dead, not the top like those who die of old age.

the game kind of implies all followers are male by the lust rite ritual (i don't play cotl much so i kind of forgot what the ritual is actually called so i may be wrong with the name) so yes

Technically the followers are _whatever_ gender the player wants them to be, the only time gender is mentioned is in follower quests where you'll be asked to find someone's brother or sister in one of the dungeons. But even then you can ignore that when indoctrinating the rescued sibling & not only change their name to be masculine or feminine but even make them a different species altogether. But to answer your question, any follower can 'mate' with any other follower, the only factor that changes their likelihood of producing offspring is whether the pair are lovers/friends or have individual traits that increase or decrease their prospects.
