I'm surprised you only briefly mentioned the "Lost Smile" of Shawn Michaels. Shawn's "injury" in 1997 gave the Undertaker the biggest push he had up to that point, and to a lesser extent Sid. Without Shawn breaking his leg, Sid would never have beaten Bret Hart and become the first WWE Champion to win the title on a Raw show, and the Undertaker would never have faced and defeated Sid at Wrestlemania 13. His title reign itself was pretty lackluster (his match against Mankind being the only one connected to his storyline surrounding Paul Bearer's knowledge of Taker's greatest sin and the reveal that his brother was still alive.) but the push to get him to the title was excellent.

I thought the last line of the JBL entry would mention how Lesnar left and the other two were injured, and Triple H didn't wanna work Tuesdays. Speaking of Triple H, if he didn't get injured, i don't think we would've gotten the Invasion angle when we did. They were building for the Two Man Power Trip to break up, I'm guessing that would've been SummerSlam. Possibly with Rock for a triple threat since they put him on the shelf. But Rocks off, H is hurt. Bring in the other rosters.
