Tatanka didn’t just “randomly” appear in the Andre battle Royal that year. He was supposed to get a Legends entrance in the style of DDP, but he jumped the gun and walked down to the ring with the cohort of midcard talent who didn’t get individual entrances. That’s also why Cole and Lawler had to sell “surprise” that he was in the match; the intention was a nostalgia pop.

Tatanka wasn't re-signed for the Andre battle royal he has a WWE legends deal he gets invited back a lot & the only reason he didn't come back for Raw 30 is because of family commitments as he was asked but declined as his son was Olympic style wrestling that day (family comes first)

It’s been mentioned in the comments already, but Road Warrior Animal is another one. He won the tag titles with Heidenreich in 2005 before turning into a leather-clad biker heel. What I remember about this run was when I was at Smackdown and saw this new LOD defend the titles against MNM. Even though he was past his prime and had a noticeable gut, Animal’s moves still had power behind them and made the crowd react, while Heidenreich’s moves had ZERO oomph and just seemed weak…really bad for a large guy who’s supposed to be a powerhouse. Really showed me how some wrestlers have “IT” while many don’t.

2005-2006 was a weird time in WWE. You not only had Tatanka, but Road Warrior Animal, Sgt. Slaughter, Marty Jannetty, Kamala and Hacksaw Jim Duggan all just randomly showing up again and some of them sticking around for a couple more years. And lets not forget about the Spirit Squad and Headbangers appearing on Smackdown for a few weeks in 2016.

@jamaaldagreatest2748
@jamaaldagreatest2748 Жыл бұрын
If you think that’s weird you should see how the family treated Owens wife when she was trying to sue. They stole things, broke in, lied to her, leaked things to Vince, threatened her etc etc. idk everyone looks at the Hart family like these stand up good guys (well besides the people over Bret constantly being bitter) but behind the scenes they’ve done a lot of shady things.

@@jamaaldagreatest2748 as I understand it, Martha was going to let the rigging company off the hook, to go after Vince because he had deeper pockets. The plan was leaked to WWE legal (by Natalya’s mom, who was also Owen’s sister) which prompted a counter suit. Both parties eventually settled out of court. What Martha was attempting was unethical, regardless of her personal feelings. You are right though, in a carny business like wrestling, there really aren’t any non-shady people. Everyone has got an angle
@jamaaldagreatest2748
@jamaaldagreatest2748 Жыл бұрын
@@WickedCool23 The rigging company wasn’t at fault though, Vince was informed that someone Owens weight should’ve never been in it. The fault lies with the guy who strapped Owen in and Vince for pushing Owen so hard even when Owen said he didn’t want to do it. I’m not trying to argue with you just have a discussion. But it also just wasn’t Owen’s sister, the whole family bullied Martha. And it was the way in which Vince was so dismissive and didn’t seem to care at all for Owen’s death. Vince knew Owen didn’t want to do it and also knew that a change was made to the equipment for a different hook because Vince wanted Owen to snap out of it faster instead of providing actual safety equipment that was meant to hold a human.

Including a match at wrestlemania 20 a tag team playboy with torrie wilson and various feuds involving The McMahon Family. I always feel like she’s majorly disrespected on these lists.
