this. went from 70 to 98kg in my first three years of training, And yeah sure, it feels like a long time, and I definitely had that "soft teddy bear" type of look towards the end. But the results that I got speak for themselves. It requires a lot of shift in mindset, something like that would be impossible to pull off if you are absolutely obsessed with having a lean six pack and vascularity. Now the past two years I have spent doing smaller bulks and cuts and I get much more compliments from other people and stuff like that and I hover between 190-210lb depending on the time of the year. but I wouldn't be anywhere near where I am at right now physique wise if I didn't fully commit to that dramatic weight gain that I initially did.

Have you ever considered doing some type of martial arts like MMA, Thai Boxing or Wrestling? The ability to defend yourself in a worst case szenario is mandatory for a man in this day and age. Thats atleast my opinion. I train Thaiboxing and Kickboxing for about 4-5 years know and doing so has changed my life for the better. It has helped me to grow in to a helthy and right mindet teenager (i am 17). I strongly belive that the combination of Strenth Training and Martial Arts has made me more of a man. I love fighting in the ring because its the ultimate challange to my abilitys. Its pure and raw. Nothing is more exciting than fighting to me becaus it enlightens my inner urge to push myself to my own limitations.

Love this content man! I am also thinking about getting back in to religion again because now that I think about it, my life has gone in a direction I really didn't want it in since we stopped going. But the community is something I know am truly intrigued by it as it is something I have been missing for awhile now. Especially the power of god in my life. Great video as I have been doing exactly as you said for almost 2 years of when I took my training seriously. Also were do you get your milk and cheeses from? and is it raw or not. Will continue to keep up with all your content!
@Scheereddzz9 ай бұрын
I’m glad to hear that the Holy Spirit is working on your heart. Most of the milk and cheese we get is raw and from a local dairy farm.
@westoncroye6439 ай бұрын
@@Scheereddzz Awesome! I have been thinking about looking for a dairy farm that produces raw milk near by but I am still nervous because of the fear mongering even though I have done the research. For now I am getting a high quality local pasteurized milk which has been much easier on my gut as it is A2 and I'm pretty sure vat pasteurized to keep more of the nutrients. As for religion, how would you suggest starting to get back into it. There are many different versions of for example Christianity that are all different which can be confusing. I have noticed an affect from praying the other week for my Personal Trainer career as I am now finally job shadowing someone from my sisters Physical Therapists recommendations she said she would do 3 months ago, and now I have a good chance to start working at the community center I'm shadowing at. Would love your advice as to how I can start to really let god into my life.

I started taking fitness seriously for the first time last year and noticed a huge difference in strength gains when eating a calorie surplus. I gained way more fat than muscle though so switched to losing weight and retaining that strength is definitely a challenge on a deficit. I do feel better though, lighter and more energy generally vs bulking. How do you plan to manage fat gain when cultivating mass?

Question: I understand high volume training is effective for muscle hypertrophy. However with such a taxing exercise such as barbell squat, why such high reps? I feel that at the 20 rep range, it becomes less of a strength based movement that is limited by muscular failure and more so by being out of breath. More like cardio. Thoughts?
@Scheereddzz9 ай бұрын
Doing a set of 20 reps to failure on squat emphasizes more of the muscles strength endurance and creates an amazing pump👍🏼

@TheFitnessPhilosopher ah, I see. Well, this is my goal. There is plenty of evidence for both plant based and carnivore. From what I've gathered, as long as there are sufficient digestive enzymes and macro/micros to do the job; the job will be done. Thank you for the feedback. Keep up the good work brother.
