In Northern Ghana the culture appears to be very similar to what I've seen in Gambia and Senegal even some of the dancing, the Muslim influence is very strong.

What is the name of the flute the man was playing. Which people in the north do this dance? Is it possible to get one of the flute in Accra? Any possible price?
