I love culture club, in fact I cried when George came walking out like an old friend I hadn't seen in decades. I love everything about this beautiful and lyrical genius. His music touches my soul and takes me to places where I enjoy being remembering the days feeling like his lyrics were written for me. They were so spot on during that time in my life as if those lyrics were written specifically for me. Thank you George for being in this world. I love you so much, you are loved so by many and that's a powerful inspiration for those who love his music because it's relatable to any age, any situation like a great sermon you just heard walking out of a church you hadn't attended in years. Thank you George!!!

SAD, how it ended! Jon was a lot more important to CULTURE CLUB than most people REALIZE, he was pivotal in steering the band toward the sound that made them popular, initially, they had a punk-ish sound. When George decided to "no longer write songs about Jon", the quality of their songs NOSE DIVED (when THE WAR SONG came out)!

Saw them at NY State fair circa 2018, great. And admission to the fair was $2, so I only paid $2 to see, this great band!! Now he was off drugs, so his voice was clear and lucid!! Great night!

Back in the day. Boy had some issues. But let's ignore those. The guy is a true talent. He came to Winnipeg a couple of years ago. Truth is, the tickets were to pricey for me .Kind of like Bruce Springsteen pricey (And he is coming in 6 months). But my bass player went to see him. Told us (My band) the show was both phenomenal and professional (And fun). I don't care the price if he ever comes back. The guy is the true talent. I will buy a ticket this time.

I just got through watching the video of this song from the 80s. I LOVE the old car. I love to go to car shows. That video was BOSS! George just has more of a jazzy sound now. I love it all! George is great but the band definitely added alot to those songs. A bunch of sexy good looking men!
