holy range of experiences. I was in Barcelona in the 90's but never made it to other regions. now wishing I could go back again sometime

Barcelona is always worth a new trip & then you should visit the Costa Brava, which is just North of it. Or do it the other way round. Have a holiday in the Costa Brava & then visit Barcelona for a day. ;-)
