Actually "mutah" is an islamic alternative for those who fall for each other and end up to live in without marriage which in islam is a sin and is also unappropriate on moral grounds, also sometimes even most of the time when the female in "live in" relationship starts expecting the male doesn't support or refuses to accept the child as of his own and thus because of this and the stigma of illegitimacy women have to go through abortion ,so in the end, ultimately females suffer so in islam mutah is a proposed alternative which is comparitively more secure because if in this period of temporary marriage, a women starts expecting, then according to law child will be the legitimate child of the male partner and he has to take the responsbility because law binds him to do so and the female doesn't have to suffer alone.
