Great video! Please don't be upset about the non greeting sometimes. I'm British and I tend to keep to myself when out and about not because I'm unfriendly . Sometimes it's for safety, sometimes we don't like to bother people who may be tired or had a busy day . I think as well we live so close together greeting everybody we pass during the day we'd never get anything done haha. Of course if I see a friend we greet.

My washing has a dryer option and then we put laundry on the indoor washing line...takes about 2-3 days to dry.
