FAQs/Why would they do that?! Answers
We are so glad you are here! Welcome to our channel!
1. We are in Oklahoma near the Arkansas border.
2. We do this on a volunteer basis.
3. Kim aka Mom is retired. Jennifer owns her own business as a massage therapist.
4. We film multiple locations in one day since we can’t go out all the time given Jen’s full time job. You may not see all the locations we filmed that day in one video.
5. You may see other people in our videos at times including Granny aka Sue (mom’s mom), Jeff (Kim’s husband and Jennifer’s dad), or Jessica (Jennifer’s little sister) and Lucy (our beautiful, amazing, wonderful dog).
6. Many wonder why we put stuff down culverts. A few reasons: it provides help for wildlife, we like to and it would have gone downstream anyway. If it blocks another culvert then we will take care of that too but most of the locations we visit are in incredibly rural areas where there won’t be another culvert for miles.
7. We care about wildlife and never want to cause harm to them. The only reason we will clear a beaver damn is if it is threatening land or roads that can not be accessed any other way. It may not be the road directly within sight but a farm road close by.
8. We appreciate advice in the comments. We understand that we will receive constructive criticism in the comments. What we won’t allow is the calling of names, derogatory terms, or just plain calling us stupid or idiots. We are all adults here and the internet is already a largely negative place as it is, let’s not add to it. We are people doing our best to help our neighborhood and planet by picking up trash and clearing culverts. Why do we deserve hate for that?
9. You may not agree with or like the way we did something but that doesn’t mean we did it wrong. There is a right/wrong way to dismantle a bomb. Clearing culverts is up for interpretation to the one doing the work.
10. We hope that you enjoy our videos and will keep coming back for more! Any other questions you have feel free to ask in the comments.

When I finish making a quilt I attach a label to sign my work. You should find a way to sign all the wonderful work that you do. Perhaps your dad’s woodworking shop might come in handy and number each culvert so you can track the progress. You gals are a role model for women all over the world!🌍 😊

They can put in new culverts in after the road collapses from the water going around the culverts on the first one.

I’m watching your Mom have all kinds of fun with her tools. It’s February 5th and 3 celcius in my area of the province of Ontario. Meanwhile Nova Scotia just got 150 cms of snow or 4’11”. 😳🇨🇦😳 It’s nice to see all three generations out and about. That video of the Emu’s at the end was a surprise!

What is that curtain across the river? In the last minutes of the video. I have seen before but never asked. Good job ladies. Wish I had buddies to go out with to clean culverts and ditches. I may try a river cleanup this spring, but they always seem to get rained on.
