I can't understand how in a First World country people are allowed to just throw piles of their shit onto the sidewalks loose for these guys to pick up especially all of the small scraps? Even here in the US in my city materials have to be tied or bundled and bulk items can't just be tossed onto the ground haphazardly like a mess. I have always done it anyway but we have to tie up or tape rolls of carpet and not just toss it onto the ground in a loose pile. This is ridiculous.
