It is December 2024 here. These are difficult times here in the US. But there is still beauty in the land. This morning, I heard a raven cry against a near clear blue sky. And now this, too is beautiful.

The precious moments spent on that couch will live with her forever. When he smiles at her, he lights up. He sees his life’s worth and his pouring his legacy into the next generation.

A very touching piece of film. Seeing the old timer banjo player passing the torch on to the young student. That's what it all about.

How great Nora got to meet and play with Mr. Sexton. There is no "generation gap" when you're dealing with 2 excellent musicians. Similar to when I met some Japanese rockers, couldn't understand one word, nor they me, but we could play some blues together like old friends. One of the many reasons I love music so much.
