@@bessyfour5166 "In a nutshell". Fair enough, but depends how long you've got. Let's just say reported thefts never investigated. Trying to kick my door in over an unpaid council fine. One of my neighbours was beaten up and then run over by his neighbour...police took over 3 hours to attend. Falsifying evidence in order to prosecute a rape suspect in Workington a few years ago. Not to mention the Eleanor Williams case in Barrow. I could go on, but sadly I have to return to my work. And you did say "in a nutshell".
