Yes it’s nice to see them getting a run out in the summer. Still do a great job and with a fabulous soundtrack to top it off!

Pleased you enjoyed watching and listening to the machines working. There’s some great videos out there and I know a few have music on them but like you I like to hear the machinery working just as it is when I’m standing in the field! Yeh blues (and yellows) always great to see. Thanks for watching and taking time to comment, always appreciated. Cheers Dave.

Many thanks once again. Yes the Ford team were in exceptional condition. Nice to watch the older machines working steadily away alongside the newer kit, obviously not as quick but still capable of a hard days work! Cheers, Dave.

Lovely. Nice to see the drag machine at work. The 8240 appeared to be comfortable with it. The big chopper looks very well. Don't see many New Hollands at work here.

Many thanks for watching, your comment and subbing, greatly appreciated. Yes love to see trailed foragers still doing a days graft. The 8240 was really well matched to the 719, it’s probably putting out 120-125hp on the shaft so plenty in reserve to drive the chopper without overloading it with power. Similar here, not too many NH machines at work in the Cumbrian fields, it’s mainly Claas SPs in the area. I’ve just looked up where you’re located in County Cork, what a beautiful part of the world that I’d love to visit one day. Cheers, David.

Thanks Rick. It was great to see the pair of classic Fords working alongside that new NH self-propelled in the same field. A lovely evening out in the countryside. Cheers, David.

Super video David, some lovely machinary working there, the fords look a treat to watch all nice and clean and great sounds as well, good filming, Steve .

Thanks Steve. Yes, the machines are absolutely immaculate, so well cared for. What a bark to the engines those two Fords have, sadly missing in modern day machines. Has to be one of my favourite places to visit, not just for the tractors but for that beautiful countryside. Cheers, Dave.

Absolutely love that farm's setup, would love to catch them at work at some point, the rolling hill shots as the forager goes down and comes back up are ace. is that the Lloyd ltd demo machine?
@davidwinthrop70772 жыл бұрын
Oh it’s a fantastic farm both machinery and location wise Jacob. Lovely people too, you’d be more than welcome to come up with me next year. The classic Fords come out to play 2nd cut around mid-July so I’ll message around then and we’ll arrange a trip up there, you’d love it! You’re correct, Lloyds demo FR550, some machine!

Hi Daniel. I can’t give too much away as I make a promise not to give a location but I think you probably know it’s whereabouts.
