1 cup nariyal chura/kopra powder/desiccated coconut
2 tbsp vanilla custard powder
1/4 tsp salt / Namak
1-2 tbsp milk or as required
1 tsp hari ilaychi/green cardamom powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda

Wonderful recipe! I tried it today, I would like to tell you that I baked the cookies in microwave convection mode. It took hardly 10 minutes. Anyways the cookies came out to be really tasty. Keep sharing such more recipes. 👍👌🌹😍

Baked the cookies they came out very nice & taste. One request please could you tell the weight of the ghee/ butter. I used milk Littli little & made the cookies 😊it did not bind as yours dough did. The result was good though. Thanks.
