I had to replace that sensor twice in 2 weeks. Come to find out it was the Pressure Sensing Tube part#5256879…. The part cost $100 and it’s the tube the sensor screws into and goes into the exhaust manifold. Didn’t realize it until I had already cleaned the DPF filter, EGR etc… So check that out too.

When I started the cough on engine only that code appeared shortly thereafter.

Hello Rakim. No smog or other changes aside from the " coughing @ on the engine and a little shake / loss of power when it did that. Engine Iwould do it very briefly on and off and then go back to normal

Hello, I drove my truck for about half a day without any issues, just noticed the "coughing" when engine was at idle. No noticeable issues at cruising speed. Hope this helps.
