Tip on the bolts going through the carpet, a soldering iron you don't care about or simply heating a center punch with a torch makes a nice clean hole and melts the nylon so it won't fray while tightening or removing the bolts.

Riv-nuts would work great for the shifter mount to floor, no need for nuts and washers, just a friendly suggestion. Truck is coming along great though!

I'll give you a heads up. Put a piece of plate under the bottom of the floor board to sandwich the sheet metal and spread the load of the stand and shifter combo. I've done them in many vehicle's, and the early ones all cracked at the washer mount until I started sandwich plating them. If you plan on using it much at all, the usage cycles will fatigue the floorpan, especially with the amount of leverage you will have due to height. It doesn't have to be thick, 16-18ga. is fine. You just need something to help spread the load to the rest of the sheet metal. Looking great by the way!
