Truck will run fine all day once it’s started and pressure rises,
Initial issue was truck starts Oil pressure drops, Touch the throttle 1% APPS and the oil comes up, this was air being sucked back threw the two oil holes off the cooler, Oil pumps fine. Truck would run 60-80psi cold, warm 30-50psi depending on load and tune. Truck has 2 chips stacked, edge and smarty
The Oil cooler is located on the passenger side of the block, Gasket failure. 40$ in Felpro gaskets fixed the issue. Truck was shut off with 15psi oil pressure managed to save the crank and block by killing it whilst it failed, ended up just spinning the first bearing and it is all sanded off, truck is back together and running just fine with new rod bearings. Truck has 0.25’ BRG’s, this is a 2007 2500 5.9, 6spd G56, with south bend dual disk clutch
