Hey +Khan Academy , if the question is asking what is the probability that Emelia registers "more than 4 cars before she registers an SUV", that is the same as asking "at least 5 before an SUV" right? If so, shouldn't our equation be P(first 5 cars not SUVs)? Thank you for the help

David, you are correct. Sal writes "P(first 4 cars not SUVs)=(0.88)^4≃0.5997≃59.97%". But it shall be written "P(first 5 cars not SUVs)=(0.88)^5≃0.5277≃52.77%". I have now submitted correction request to Khan Academy. I have also reported to KZbin that the information is incorrect.

I finally get it. I got this wrong on a test and I could not figure out where I screwed up. Thank you so much. Now I'll be ready for the final. You guys are amazing.
