Recently returned from a cruise on the Queen Anne and was very disappointed. After more than 30 cruises with Cunard in the “Grills” this vessel proved to be not up to previous standards. The service was abysmal and the so called enforced dress code was not applied and the maitre D could not have cared less. Neither could the complaints department who replied that they wanted their customers to dress comfortably despite the daily program stating that they wanted their daily dress code would be enforced in the restaurants. Not only have people’s standards gone done but also the standard of people. Unfortunately I have another cruise booked so I am hoping things will be improved but I doubt it.
