Wonderful arrangement, but mm. 208-224 are a little impractical. Why so many notes in LH?

Thanks! Those bars feature a rapid arpeggio effect - I could have written them out as demi-semi-quavers but didn't like the cluttered look - plus I've seen this written in classical scores and the performance effect is the same.
