@@amuoyhengcooking I agree but letting them have that much space in front of goal is diabolical! Wolves used to be VERY difficult to play against. They were a defensive bloc!! The game against Chelsea was a masterclass in defensive frailties for both clubs.

@@hilaryobiorah6478 Yes, I agree. Last weekend against Newcastle was sad. The first goal was pure luck, but the second from Barnes was a defensive flaw. Two players failed to prevent Barnes from cutting inside and producing the winning goal.

Without Neto, the whole team falls apart. Neto made GON look good. GON is Championship level through and through (though he pretends he's not by trying to play out from the back a la Citeh). He's Championship from his number-9 centred philosophy, inability to get the club to score goals, reliance on defending to get points, to his choice of starting eleven and his subs, and the group of players he favors. GON is dragging the club down to the Championship. Many Wolves fans don't seem to mind because they also have a Championship mentality. Sad and worrying when the manager thinks exactly like the average Wolves' fan. Harebrained of the club to give GON a long contract, when he finished the last season with only one win in 10 games. Now it's one win in 14 games. They should set a deadline for when they have to give him the chop. Should be sooner than later because the new manager will have a tough task repairing all the damage Gary has done to the club, not the least of which will be good players wanting to leave the club and setting their sights elsewhere, and that process of climbing back up will take time. It's a pity because the club has an excellent squad (including the defenders, midfielders and forwards - Hobbs has done a good job apart from letting Neto go, if he had any say in that). No reason why it should be languishing in the bottom three.

Man what a horrible team André ended up going to. Wolves have to do something about this defensive system. Something is just not right. How does the team take so many goals? How are those goals scored? This is a professional league, with real grown adults playing. You cannot take six goals from Chelsea. You also seem to lack someone like Jhon Árias on the team, someone who really makes the difference. One draw and three defeats in four games, you have to be kidding. Just kick the hell out of whoever gets near the area, aim for their legs and their heads. You have one good player, you cannot expect him to do all the work
