Cup measure / Strawberry Roll Cake Recipe / Strawberry Cream / Strawberry Sponge Cake

Hello.
I'm Boone Bake.
Today, we are going to make a strawberry roll cake with fresh strawberries as it is.
I also added strawberries to the strawberry sponge cake.
When I added strawberries to the cream, it was no exaggeration to say that the taste was heavenly.
I think it's because it feels even richer when I add strawberries in a puree state.
(For strawberry puree, add 10-15% of the weight of the strawberry and boil it.
It should be boiled less than jam, and after boiling, filter the seeds.)
Strawberry chips were applied on the outside.
In my country, strawberry chips are often given as a healthy snack for children.
Strawberries are freeze-dried, so even very young children can eat them.

237 ml = 1 cup
15ml = 1Tbsp
5ml = 1tsp
1 egg (without shell) 53g
(Chocolate is minced, flour is before sieving)
● Strawberry sponge cake
( Mold size : 28cm * 28cm )
4 yolks
10 g sugar ( 1/2 Tbsp +1 tsp )
30 g vegetable oil ( 2 Tbsp + 2 tsp )
30g strawberry puree ( 2 Tbsp )
60g milk ( 4 Tbsp )
70g cake flour ( 1/3 cup + 2 Tbsp + 1 tsp )
20g Strawberry Powder ( 3 Tbsp )
( Strawberry freeze-dried and pulverized / Strawberry 100%)
4 egg whites
65g sugar ( 1/3 cup )
Food coloring (optional)

● Heavenly taste ~! strawberry cream
95g cream cheese ( 1/3 cup + 2 Tbsp)
10g sweetened condensed milk ( 2 tsp )
30 g sugar ( 2 Tbsp +1 tsp )
4 g gelatin ( 1 tsp )
70g strawberry puree ( 4 Tbsp + 2 tsp )
200g heavy cream (3/4 cup + 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp )
Food coloring (optional)
● Strawberry Syrup
30 g water (2 Tbsp)
20 g sugar ( 1 Tbsp + 2 tsp )
2.5ml strawberry liqueur (1/2 tsp)
● Glitter chocolate mirror glaze

50 g water ( 3 Tbsp + 1 tsp )
100g sugar ( 1/2 cup )
100g starch syrup ( 1/4 cup + 2 tsp )
65g sweetened condensed milk ( 4 Tbsp + 1 tsp )
7g gelatin ( 1 Tbsp )
100g white chocolate ( 2/3 cup )
Food coloring (red color)
