I did sell my layout last year before moving. I dont have a interest in making a layout atm, as the closest i want is track to setup on the floor to run trains on. Not to mention, i dont know the space to put it atm

I’ve been collecting these models in my HO inventory for 9 years, yet in the past, I use to treat the models as absolute breaking toys. Recently, I’ve been doing an expansion for models. I got new models, I got models from the late 1960’s.

Nice models none the less. I've been collecting since the day I was born (my dad dumped all his nice models onto me) over the years I've been able to become friends with some of the greater modelers and company reps around my area and anytime they're getting out of the hobby I always get first dibs on locos, rollingstock, buildings, etc. For discounted price or free sometimes even. Some junk, some really great stuff. It's just about digging through and finding what's good.

I love ScaleTrains, some of the best detail for modern locomotives that you can get. I think the "Rivet Counter" series might be the most detailed, but it's just what I think.

Love your collection! I have some model trains too! Recently as a christmas gift, I received a UP SD70AH No.8997 from Broadway Limited. Other units I have along with union pacific are bnsf, csx, kansas city southern, ferromex, and a patched csx sd70ace which is PRLX.

Love the Canadian motive power! Always liked the looks of the cowled units. If you're back in the States, you should swing by Lincoln. I've got 32 locomotives and counting across different roads including some custom painted units. Hope you get a layout going again soon!😊

I used to work on CN units, specifically alot of SD70M-2 units. Its very possible I worked on 8012 at some point at my old job. I recently got more into model trains, always loved them, but recently expaned my perosnal collection alot. Two CN Gevo (3009 and 3233) CSX Gevo 3426, AC6000 610, Ex Conrail SD80MAC 7215, with Conrail SD70MAC 4140, and CSX Gevo 3194 on the way

I know that hobby store! 11:44 Once in a few months, I would go to that hobby store to pickup a few things. I remember getting a Chessie RS-11 that was made by the same company that made that Amtrak Shinkansen. As of right now, that hobby store is currently running low on HO scale equipment and getting more G scale or any other hobby stuff they got.

I usually collect Southern Pacific locomotives as The city I live in w as run by the old southern pacific. I remember how my grandfather used to take the SP commuter train to work and back And once I heard a story about how my music teacher had a father that worked on the southern pacific So he got to ride trains for free I recently started to collect old NS locomotives Because I really like the old paint with the little stripes as that looks really cool Than the modern logo
