The one about the wife packing her husband's bags- 1. He needs to grow up and prioritize responsibilities. I think preparing for your job is more important than visiting your friends which you can do AFTER the trip. 2. She was busy! She had other things to do. She isn't responsible for his things. The op is being really selfish is the first story, they traumatized the poor girl and she has every right to cut her out of her life permanently. To say it’s water under the bridge is very messed up as it makes you come off as someone you has little regard for her feelings. The first story Thats not how it works like just because it was six years ago doesn't mean it's all fine.
